Screen resets when charging is activated

When I put my phone (S23 Ultra) on my charger with 100% battery, I switch it to Portrait Mode, the expected screen comes up. When the battery is drained and needs to charge, WITHOUT removing it from the charger, the screen reverts back to launch (landscape) mode and not back to previous mode.

This was fixed in App orientation mode back in February when I completely removed the portrait screen. Let me know if the issue is still present.
