I'm using the tile that shows clock with weather (widgets/tiles should really have names so I can refer to them) and when weather cannot be fetched entire tile goes down.

I would like to still see the clock when weather failed.

Also if the failure is relatively recent it could still show cached weather (with some indicator that it couldn't be fetched since $time).
